WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Customer Satisfaction is at the pinnacle of interest here at Artemis & Co. So, if your item is damaged, send us an email and we will review your items and concerns only within 2 days of arrival of the purchase.
Your email must contain images of the damaged item.
This policy applies only to damaged items. Change of mind exchanges will not be accepted.
We believe in the durability and beauty of our products. As a result, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only warranted if the item is faulty. Photos must be provided as proof.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We do not offer gift cards.

Products will generally reach customers within a 3-10 day frame based on their respective locations in Australia.
International orders will be delivered within 6-10 days respectively.
Shipping time may be extended if the product is out of stock at time the of purchase.
